    If you arrive earlier you can ask our team to store your luggage.

    Please visit the New Zealand Ice Cream store downstairs where our staff in the shop will give you your key and show you to your room :)

    Late CHECK IN (6pm onwards)
    Please advise us if you expect to arrive later than 6pm and we'll make arrangements for our evening security guard to provide your key on arrival.

    All guests please show your passport(s) to our team on arrival so they can take a photograph and ensure you’re matched to the correct room.


    CHECK OUT (10am or earlier)

    Please leave your key inside your room and pull the door locked behind you.

    Important Note

    Phang Nga experiences occasional internet outages usually due to weather related events, any of our guests who require extremely reliable internet access are recommended to pickup an AIS Sim Card with unlimited data which are available at very affordable rates.

  • Room cleaning and laundry/linen replacement can be requested at a cost of 100 baht per occasion.

    Let us know any time your toiletries / amenities run low and we will replace them for you complimentary.

  • If you require items to be shipped to you from the accomodation a minimum 400 baht charge applies on top of shipping costs.

    We’ll provide copies of the shipping receipt, please understand that we cannot take any responsibility for the item’s guaranteed delivery, the timliness of said delivery or any damage the item might incur during shipping.

  • 1. Personal Belongings
    Each accommodation includes a secure in-room safe for valuables. If you encounter any difficulty using it, please notify our team immediately and we will assist. We’re unable to take responsibility for personal effects that are missing or damaged.

    2. Vehicles & Parking
    All parking available to guests is public and is not part of our property. We cannot assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.

    3. Luggage Storage Service
    We offer complimentary luggage storage before check-in and after check-out for your convenience. While we exercise reasonable care, we cannot accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to stored items.
