    Please note all parking is public roadside parking and as such we cannot take any responsibility for the safety or protection of your vehicle.

  • CHECK IN (3pm - 6.30pm)

    Standard check in time is 3pm, please inform our Teahouse staff you are checking in and they will escort you to your accomodation and give you your key.

    If you arrive earlier than 3pm you can ask our team to store your luggage, you’re welcome to relax in our Teahouse while you wait and our staff can inform you directly when your room is ready.

    Late CHECK IN (6.30pm onwards)

    Please advise us if you expect to arrive later than 6.30pm so we can arrange for a staff member to greet you outside of our usual hours.

    PASSPORT

    All guests please show your passport(s) to our team on arrival so they can take a photograph and ensure you’re matched to the correct Villa.


    CHECK OUT (10am or earlier)

    Please give your key to a Valhalla staff member on your way out, if no one is available it can be deposited into the big black metal postbox at the bridge entrance.

    You can contact us directly at any time to request our team help you with your luggage, please notify us in advance if possible.

  • Room cleaning and laundry/linen replacement can be requested at a cost of 100 baht per occasion.

    Let us know any time your toiletries / amenities run low and we will replace them for you complimentary.

    On the beach Leela Restaurant has a beautiful beachside view while you enjoy their delicious food options, very welcoming environment and only a few minutes walk from your Villa.

    *Note - because of our proximity to the national park it’s greatly appreciated if you can wrap up any of your food waste as leaving it exposed may attract insects and animals. Any rubbish can be deposited in the bins at the foot of the stairs to the main building.

  • The ground floor of the main Valhalla building has a Filtered water tap freely available for guests to use / top up their drinking water from.

  • We have two rubbish bins at the foot of the stairs of the Cafe, please feel free to use them or contact us if you would like a team member to empty them for you.

  • Our recommended laundry service is within a few minutes walk of our entrance.

    Their price per k.g. is 60 baht, the property also doubles as a Taxi stop and has a large red TAXI sign visible.

  • The pathway outside your villa leads down to the beach, please be careful especially after heavy rain as the steps can get slippery.

    Please be conscious there are no lifeguards on duty, if you choose to swim please ensure you are safe at all times
